Reminiscence was a thing of past,
She only looked back to check her apparel,
To know what wearing a smile felt like,
Just before she swallowed the gravel.
Luminescence was just the light,
She forgot she followed the shadow,
Held him in the darkest of times,
Leaving a trail in a meadow.
Tumescence was just the phase of mind,
She got when things went missing,
Relived and loved every memory,
She thought she was still living.
Senescence was now just a phase of life,
She died thousands when they grew apart,
Life now took a turn,
Where love was no longer her art…
