IASH Pays an Ode to the Veterans

img_2118“The blood of martyrdom is the seed on which the nation grows,” and our soldiers are the ones who die on the borders everyday so that the nation and its citizens can sleep in peace. To pay homage to the Kargil war heroes and to pay tribute to the ones who die selflessly while serving the nation, I Am Still Human organized a bike rally that saw the presence of over 150 riders and biking groups from North India on July 30, 2017.

img_2216The Iron lady of India, Mrs. Lily Bawa, wife of martyr Lt. Col Inder Bawa flagged off the rally. Prestigious groups like S.E.M.C, BAC Chandigarh, The Motorcyclist, FBI Chandigarh, Chandigarh Bike Riders, KTWR, Bikers Paradise, Full Throttle, Rozer Customs, Royal Conquerors, HOG, T.R.A.G, The Travellad, The Bikers Squad Chandigarh, Low Beam Riders Karnal, Weekend Warriors, The Wolf Pack, The Revving Club, and Riding Souls were present at the occasion.

img_2277On reaching Ambala Cantt, Lt. Gen. Prem Nath Hoon along with 12 bike riders touched an emotional chord by delivering letters that were written by the citizens of the country to pay an ode to the unsaid heroes of our country, to the Commanding Officers at Ambala Cantt.

pu-3I Am Still Human elegantly celebrated the unrelenting devotion and the indomitable will of the soldiers of our country, leaving everyone present wet-eyed.
