- Nutrition: The most important thing is to manipulate carbohydrates and putting protein on the top of the list and adding fats to your diet. Carbohydrates play very important role so it should be used wisely. Like one can skip carbohydrates on non-working days and have more carbohydrates on legs day as they are demanding. One can also switch to protein and high fibre diet after the workout.
